Mock Court Session!
Calling all the aiyan kings and queens of 7C! This is your chance to display your aptitude in acting!

Ok, it's the econs mock court session on microsoft on trial. Basically the class will be divided into 2 main groups representing the Justice Department (prosecutor) and Microsoft (defence lawyer).

Justice Department consists of:
Prosecutor
Witnesses:
PC companies
Netscape
Linux
Consumers
Economist

Microsoft:
Defence lawyer
Wintesses:
PC Companies
Others (if any)

Judge

Those above are the role play people, who are supposed to prepare your own script based on the character you have been assigned and material given by research team. Also, you can/need to prepare ppt slides for the presentation.

There's also a research team, who are supposed to provide materials for different characters in the role play and prepare comprehensive notes for distribution.

10 students will be doing the role play. Remaining students will be in research teams for the 2 parties.

The mock court session will take place either on 18th May (Fri) or 21st May (following Mon), depending on whether the pre-u sem pple wants to participate.

So come on and sign up for your roles! No auditions required, really!

(and umm, if there's really no one who signs up, i'll probably ballot out the roles because i need to confirm this by this friday.)
