GEMs --- chocolate making !!!!!

oh my... i realised that i almost forgot to post a reflection on GEMS which was compulsory.. so here we go...


the ingredients for making the chocolate fondue...includes stawberries,grapes,bananas,cakes,marshmallows,biscuits and chocolate of course..

3 things we learnt:

1. the ingredients needed to create the perfect chocolate fondue

2. how to go about melting the chocolate..( first add half the given cream in and stir with chocolate, once the chocolate is roughly melt,add in the remaining cream)

3. how to place your ingredients to make the whole thing looks appealing -.-
